Terms of Service — Pluto.AI

Last updated: August 12, 2026

1. Purpose

Pluto.AI provides client businesses (hereinafter the "Business") with an automated conversational assistant, accessible via WhatsApp, enabling them to answer their end customers' questions and facilitate bookings. These Terms of Service govern the use of this assistant by the end customer.

2. An automated assistant, not a human

By messaging the Business via WhatsApp, you are exchanging messages with an automated assistant based on artificial intelligence. This is explicitly communicated to you at the first message of each conversation, in accordance with Article 50 of the European AI Act. You may ask to be connected with a member of the team at any time.

3. How bookings work

Any booking or cancellation request handled by the assistant is forwarded to the Business's team for review before being definitively confirmed. A response from the assistant stating that a request has been "forwarded" does not constitute a confirmation — only an explicit confirmation is binding.

4. Service limitations

5. Acceptance

Using the service (sending a message to the Business via WhatsApp) constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service. You may stop using the service at any time by no longer replying, or by blocking the Business's WhatsApp contact.

6. Liability

[TO COMPLETE: limitation of liability clause — to be drafted with legal counsel, tailored to the nature of the service and the applicable jurisdiction].

7. Governing law

[TO COMPLETE: governing law and competent jurisdiction].
